Impact Snapshot
Since inception, Nyamukara Empowerment has supported over 300 women through accredited training, digital literacy and psychosocial support programmes across South Africa.
- Successfully implemented our Godishanang Empowerment Programme in seven (7) Provinces: Eastern Cape, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape and North-West.
- Trained 280 Women Survivors of Gender Based Violence living in shelters and those that have exited shelters successfully in accredited sewing.
- Digital Literacy Training of 280 Women Survivors of Gender Based Violence.
- Hosted eight (8) Gender Based Violence Dialogues
- We work in partnerships with government and non-profit organisations such as the Department of Social Development, The Shelter Movement of South Africa, Women to Women Organisation, Foundation for Victims of Crime, Middleburg Victims Support Centre
